Comedy Groupie General Information
So, you think you know the do's and don'ts of being a comedy groupie? Let Dave help you with some personal tips to get the most out of his performance, both on and off stage.
- It's okay to offer Dave alcohol before and after all performances. Beverages are permitted to be accompanied by snacks as appropriate. Dave likes pancakes. Under certain approved circumstances beverages and alcohol can also be used as props.
- Exposing your breasts to Dave during performances is acceptable only under certain conditions and being female is required. In fact, all breast exposures to Dave must meet this requirement.
- You can offer to do to or with anything to Dave that you might have offered to do to or with Frank Zappa when Frank was still alive. Dave recommends that you start off with the procedures described above and then try to make him laugh. Just don't make him cry.
- Comedy Groupie costumes are permitted under most circumstances as long as the costume does not suggest to room clerks or law enforcement personnel that money is changing hands in your direction.'Tipping' Dave for 'personal comedy sessions' is allowed under certain circumstances. Discretion can be rewarding and you may find it desirable to bring special costumes and props in a non-descript bag of some sort.
- Under no circumstances is it permitted to laugh at Dave when Dave is both a.) offstage and Dave is b.) totally naked unless he has just told a very funny joke.
